The Reports

We produce two types of report:

1. The Basic Report - gives our overall summary and conclusions together with the number of items which either require attention or would benefit from it. This is priced at £45.

2. The Extended Report - details the items requiring attention and provides more specific observations. This is priced at £90.

All reports are delivered by email, however we can also deliver your report in an on-site presentation - this costs £135 and is restricted to businesses in the the BH or SP postcode areas.

If you place an order for web development work worth over £300 with us within 6 weeks of the report delivery, then we will discount the cost of the report from the contract price subject to a discount not exceeding 25%.

The Checklist

Sites will be checked against the following criteria :-

• Browser compatibility.
• Site content.
• Internal navigation
• Access and usability of forms etc.
• Accessibility
• Overall design consistency.
• HTML tag usage.
• Use of fonts.
• Page titles and Meta data.
• Graphic image loading.
• Site maintenance.
• Listing in key search engines.

External links will not be checked, though their presence and position within the design will be noted.

Please Note ...

• Site reports are only only applicable to UK businesses, charities and bona fide 'non-profit' organisations. Personal sites and those containing adult material are excluded.
• We reserve the right to decline to evaluate sites.
